Virtual Membership
Our virtual services are available for businesses of all sizes and are ideal for those clients not ready for a full-time office. This service arrangement is classified as a Virtual Member; Virtual Members are offered a high level of commitment, maintaining a professional business partnership between your company and the WelTech team.
Our Virtual membership services can help you manage your business through a variety of services.

- Mail receipt
- Mail forwarding
- Receipt of parcels
- Mail franking facilities
- Dedicated telephone number
- Call answering under your own Company name
- Message taking and call forwarding
- Photocopying and scanning facilities
- Access to meeting/training room
To commence this service a security deposit of £250.00 is required and as a Virtual Member, you can benefit from a variety of these services from as little as £12.32 per week plus VAT. There is also the opportunity for an easy transition into one of our private offices (subject to availability) and becoming a Licensee.

*You are not permitted to use WelTech as your company registered address.
The Virtual Office service does not include the right to use WelTech Business Centre as your registered office address. The registered office is within the public domain and can significantly increase the amount of administration for the staff at the Business Centre’s. In addition, it can lead to issues for our other clients where multiple businesses have the same registered address.
We therefore regret that we are unable to include this and recommend that, if you do not wish to use your home address for your registered office that you speak to your accountant or solicitor to see if they offer this service.
